Training
Comprehensive training both on-site and at our Metamarc office is available.
With an initial purchase of Metammarc, 2 half day sessions of training is recommended, providing you with a thorough understanding of the functions Metamarc performs.
Additional on-site training is available, with a half-day minimum purchase requirement.
Support
Customer support is available by contacting our Help-Desk by phone, fax, modem, e-mail.
The Help-Desk operates during normal business hours, and is designed to handle any operational problems.
This service is available to our clients both in Australia and overseas.
Metamarc Library User Group (MLUG)
Users of Metamarc have the opportunity to join their local User Group. this provides a forum for networking and the interchanging of ideas, as well as third party advice and support.
Metamarc User Group Member's listserv
An additional forum for advice and support is the network of Metamarc users who have established their own listserv.
This list is run by Metamarc Users, for Users as a means of communicating, disseminating information and supporting each other.

For clients wishing to have additional developement undertaken, Metamarc is available to provide analysis, specifications, coding, testing, installation and documentation tailored to specific requests.
Furthermore, Metamarc can assist in the preparation of a network plan, by establishing the school's objectives and the technical decisions which flow from these objectives.
